A couple of weeks ago, we were visited by Nole Garey, who writes the blog Oh So Beautiful Paper, and her husband Andy Whitehead. We all had a great time running around Crane’s stationery production facilities and the Crane Museum of Papermaking.
Here’s Nole getting an overview of foil stamping by Kluge Wizard Dick Lefebvre:

You can follow along with Nole as she tours the Crane campus here.
I’m thinking about setting aside a day or two next fall for paper, design, lifestyle and bridal bloggers to visit and see the new Crane Stationery Division facilities, along with an opportunity to share thoughts and strategies on promoting paper in the 21st century. If this is something you would be interested in, let me know, and pass the word. No promises it will happen, but I’d love to get a gauge on interest.
